Thursday, October 26th

  • 12:00 pm Fly into San Francisco Airport and get picked up via private transportation to Napa Valley

  • 2:00 pm Check into your private accommodations

    Atop three acres of rolling lush grapes, a large vegetable garden and majestic fruit trees sits an unbelievably stunning 4,000 square foot 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Napa Valley retreat.

  • 3:00 pm Start your trip off with a stop at the local “Cheers” of Napa Valley, this specialty retail shop includes wines from around the globe, along with cigars, cheeses, and caviar.

  • Private transportation returns you to your accommodations

  • 6:00pm Feast your senses on a multi-course dinner catered by a local private chef.
    Wine Country’s food is colorful, season and delicious. The chefs have a serious passion for California produce, wild-foraged flora, fresh seafood, locally sourced birds, wagyu beef, truffles and caviar. Styles include: Californian, French, Italian, Spanish and Asian cuisine.



Friday, October 27th

  • 10:00am Private transportation pick up at your accommodations

  • 10:30am Private tasting at Arrow & Branch
    Steve and Seanne Contursi’s love of Bordeaux and specifically the wines of the Right Bank, played influence into their decision to purchase a 5-acre property in the heart of Coombsville in 2007. Already planted to their favorite varietal, Cabernet Franc, the Contursi’s began the process of putting their passion for collecting wine into something to call their own. Today, each of our core wines is produced in 300 or less case lots, utilizing vineyard sites with historic significance to Napa.

  • 12:30 pm Fall in love with the newest addition in the heart of downtown, SCALA Osteria. Enjoy fried green olives, handmade Neapolitan pizza and the fresh catch of the day.

  • 3:00pm Private tasting and tour on Atlas Peak at Au Sommet Winery and Farm
    You will enjoy finishing the day at Au Sommet “o-so-may,” which is a 45-acre property located at 2,100 ft elevation, close to the highest point of Atlas Peak, with incredible views of the Vaca mountain range from above the fog line.

    The tasting includes Amuse Bouche and 4 other wines from their extremely limited portfolio, crafted by Heidi Barrett and Kent Jarman. Visits to the estate are by invitation only and wines are available through allocation.

  • Your driver will return you to your accommodations to relax and rejuvenate.

  • 7:00 pm Private transportation pick up at your accommodations

  • 7:30 pm Enjoy the 4 or 7 course tasting menu at PRESS Restaurant in St. Helena
    PRESS is owned by the RUDD family and has recently received a Michelin star and a Wine Spectator Grand Award.



Saturday, October 28th

  • Take the morning to recuperate from yesterday’s adventures before another day of fun!

  • 11:30 am Private transportation pick up at your accommodations

  • 12:30 pm Private tasting and lunch at Vice Versa
    Founded by Patrice and Samantha Breton, originally from Montreal, Canada. Focus on single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon varietals from the most sought-after vineyards in Napa Beckstoffer, To Kalon, Dr. Crane, Missouri Hopper, etc. Small production and extremely allocated. A great list to be apart of. Most tastings are hosted by the owner, Samantha Breton in her private home in Calistoga.

  • 3:00 pm Private tasting and tour at Eisele Vineyards
    Eisele was purchased by Bart and Daphne Araujo in 1990 and then sold in 2013 sold Areaujo and Eisele to France’s Artemis Group, a holding company of the Pinault family for brands Chateau Latour in Bordeaux, Domaine d’Eudgenie in Burgundy and Chateau Grillet in the Rhone Valley.

  • Private transportation will bring you back to your accommodations

  • 7:00 pm Dinner catered by a private chef



Sunday, October 29th

  • 10:00 am Private transportation pick up at your accommodations

  • 10:30 am Private tasting and tour at LoKoya Estate
    At elevations ranging from 500 to 2,600 feet, these Napa mountain sites are rare in the world of Cabernet Sauvignon.

    LoKoya’s mountain Cabernet bottlings express something different; this is a tension to the wines, and immense structural expression balanced by layer upon layer of aromatic intensity and textural hedonism. Highly sought after by collectors, the wines of LoKoya can be enjoyed for decades to come.

  • 12:00 pm Lunch at Brasswood  
    Another local favorite in St. Helena that serves farm-to-table comfort food. The fresh pulled mozzarella is a must!

  • 2:30 pm Private tasting and tour at Memento Mori
    Memento Mori is a limited-production winery that specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the most internationally acclaimed vineyard sites in Napa Valley. Founded in 2010 by three childhood friends, Adriel Lares, Hayes Drumwright, and Adam Craun, who have committed themselves to crafting sophisticated wines of tremendous balance, honesty and profundity.  

  • 5:00 pm Head back to your accommodations to relax, enjoy the hot tub and breathtaking views.

  • 7:30 pm Dinner at TORC restaurant
    Chef Sean O’Toole’s contemporary, high energy restaurant featuring innovative food from hyper local purveyors. Allowing Chef to prepare your entire meal is a unique experience, ideal for groups of 6-8.



Monday, October 30th

  • 11:00 am Check out of your accommodations and depart back to San Francisco
